Your Role: 
•    Provide counseling for students with personal issues such as family problems and mental health challenges
•    Provide crisis intervention for students going through trauma or a crisis
•    Collaborate With other school staff and parents to address the student’s needs
•    Provide guidance on post-secondary education options, career paths, and vocational opportunities.
•    Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and needs, and using this information to guide their support strategies

Requirements: 
•    Must have a master’s degree in counseling or related field 
•    Must have state counselor certification 
•    ESA Certification
•    Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
•    Experience in the school setting preferred
